This Privacy Policy explains what information 98 Ticker (operated by LoveLee Media Group, LLC) collects, how it's used, and your rights regarding that information.
In plain terms: we collect what's needed to run your account and send you the alerts you ask for — nothing more. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't use third-party tracking or analytics cookies.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe to a paid tier, you enter your payment details directly on Stripe's hosted checkout page — 98 Ticker never sees, handles, or stores your credit card number, CVV, or billing address. We receive only a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and plan identifier, which we store in your account record to manage your tier access.
98 Ticker sets one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you logged in. That's it — no tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies. See our Cookies section in the FAQ for more.
Your account data is stored on our hosting provider's servers using industry-standard practices, including password hashing (bcrypt). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
98 Ticker retrieves publicly available pricing data from eBay's official Browse API. We do not send your personal account information to eBay — API calls for pricing data use application-level authentication and do not include your identity. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe; only the data necessary to process your subscription is shared with Stripe, governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. Email delivery for alerts is handled by a transactional email provider; only your email address and alert content are shared with that provider for the sole purpose of delivering your alert.
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time. To request account deletion, email support@98ticker.com. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific data rights (such as the EU's GDPR or California's CCPA), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data — contact us and we'll accommodate reasonable requests.
98 Ticker is not directed at children. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
